Turntables are used not only for empty and full bottle management in filling lines but also for accumulation of many types of products in a host of packaging and manufacturing systems.
We manufacture rotary bottle loading and rotary bottle accumulating tables. Bottle loading and accumulation turntables improve packaging line operation and efficiency. Loading tables feed round bottles on to conveyor systems. Accumulation turntables help you package finished bottles into boxes and shipping containers.
TOMITEK manufacture turntables for both standard and custom made application. The rotary tables rotate to close tolerance within millimetre and then is held rigid by support rollers mounted underneath. The accumulation table is available in wash down versions for use in wet environments.
